SMS extends support services to provide cleaner, greener and dust free work environment under the guidance of Horticulturalist in developing Greens his, beautiful and colorful garden around the factories built in premises.

BILL AND SERVICE CHARGES :
SMS will submit the bills by 3rd of every month and the Principal Employer would release the Cheque payment by 5th of every month to enable SMS make disbursement of wages to contract workmen by 7th.
The Bill will also include:
ESI : 3.25 % (Employer contribution)
PF : 13 % (Employer Contribution + Admin Charges)
Service Charges : 10 % (Negotiable)
GST : 9% + 9%
SMS being a law-abiding establishment follows strictly the minimum wages fixed by the Govt. and the revision of DA applicable every year wherever the employment is covered under the schedule of employment by the Labour & Employment Dept., Govt., of Tamil Nadu and in other industries the wages as fixed by the company oncerned.
TRAINING:
SMS has trained its personnel in Good Housekeeping practices, besides they are trained in safety, fire prevention and discipline at work quality and positive attitude.SMS has trained HR professional to impart necessary training to its personnel as training creates awareness, build to Teamwork, boost up morale, motivate employees and guide them in the right direction
